Cooked in bone broth with the addition of sautéed veggies and pumpkin seeds, this salad will leave you satisfied and feeling good.

Chickpea Masala

A favorite dish from India with added veggies makes this salad a nutrition-packed show-stopper. The chickpeas are first soaked and then cooked in bone broth. The veggies are sautéed and then drenched in the tikka masala sauce that create a luxurious melody of flavor that will leave you satisfied.

I’ve experienced this first-hand and seen many other moms struggle with taking care of themselves in the fourth trimester. The Foodie Doula Meal Service makes it easier for moms to get the nutrition their bodies need. My Foodie Doula Menu consists of nutritious salads, soups and stews as well as baked goods and other snacks. Each are packaged, for convenient serving and eating, in mason jars. They can also be frozen so that you can order before baby is born and have meals available to you as soon as baby arrives. These meals are full of nutrition and will keep a hungry mama satisfied.
